Feeling the tug of God on your heart? We’re here to help you answer the call!
Join your heart, gifts and compassion with FIA’s history, strategy and partnerships to reach the world with God’s Love. Join FIA as we “partner with missionaries using construction projects in remote locations to advance the Gospel to those who have never heard.”
“When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.”
See below for some of our present needs. If you feel God’s calling on your life to serve, please contact the appropriate office to see how you can get involved.
In each of the countries where FIA ministers, we have Field Leaders who partner with the missionaries and indigenous people on the ground to ensure that the construction efforts are part of a larger plan of sharing the Gospel. Prior construction experience and/or training in missions is extremely helpful. The harvest is great, but the workers are few! We would consider partners in any of our fields, but have the greatest need for the following:
Rama Cay Indians – Are you a Spanish-speaking missionary looking to impact an unreached indigenous people group with the Gospel? Join us in serving the Rama Cay Indians of Nicaragua. FIA has already seen incredible fruit from the 12 years invested there. Help oversee the first Rama ready to minister to their own people! Learn more about our involvement with the Rama

We are in constant need of people who are skilled at working with their hands and/or machinery for all of our short-term trips. But we also have an occasional need for those willing to make a longer-term commitment to the ministry using their construction skills. Currently we have openings for:
West Africa – Well Drillers/Hydrologists and Heavy Equipment Mechanics
We have an established base of operations in West Africa for water well drilling. In addition to providing life-giving water, our well drilling projects also give us a meaningful way to demonstrate the love of God. Seeing our equipment drive in and the work begin draws quite a crowd of indigenous people. As we drill for and find water, one of our partner missionaries or the local pastor shares the life-changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
